Each month the PASS Forms Team adds new state forms, revises existing ones, and refines inspection coverage. Here is everything that shipped in September 2026.

In September 2026, the PASS Forms Team completed the following new forms, revisions, and inspection updates:

    Iowa

    Iowa's walkthroughs already run in PASS two ways: as fillable smart forms, rebuilt in July, and as asset-driven inspections. Asset-driven means the inspection is built from the equipment PASS has on file for the site, so the tech checks each tank, line and sump that is actually there instead of working down a fixed page. This month the asset-driven versions were rebuilt so the answers carry onto Iowa's own UST Operator Inspection Checklist, and both were tested before the work was signed off.

    • Iowa UST Operator Inspection Checklist: 30-Day Walkthrough (Asset-Driven). The monthly walkthrough, rebuilt so a finished inspection fills in Iowa's state checklist.

    • Iowa UST Operator Inspection Checklist: Annual and 30-Day Walkthrough (Asset-Driven). A new combined version for the annual visit, which covers the annual items and that month's 30-day items in one inspection. It comes with its own service plans, one for the annual visit alone and one for the monthly and annual walkthroughs together.

    Nevada

    Until now, PASS covered Nevada's walkthroughs only through an asset-driven monthly inspection, and there was no annual checklist for the state at all. Both of Nevada's own checklists are now fillable smart forms.

    • Nevada 30-Day UST System Walkthrough Checklist. The state's 30-day walkthrough, now a fillable smart form, so the finished record is the state's own checklist rather than a PASS stand-in.

    • Nevada Annual UST System Checklist. The state's annual checklist, new to PASS. The two forms come with three service plans: 30-day only, annual only, and the two combined, so each site can be set up for the visits it actually needs.

    New Hampshire

    • New Hampshire Annual Leak Monitoring and Overfill Protection Test Form for AST Systems. A new two-page form for the yearly test of leak monitoring and overfill protection on aboveground storage tank (AST) systems, built to the state's current revision. PASS already carried New Hampshire's leak monitoring test form for underground tanks; this covers the aboveground side. It was built at a customer's request, and it ships with its own service plan so any New Hampshire AST site can have the test on its schedule.

    South Carolina

    These closed on August 28, just after the August issue went out, so they're reported here.

    This month's headlines

    September had a common thread: walkthroughs. Nevada gained both of its state checklists as fillable forms, Iowa's equipment-based walkthroughs now finish on the state's own checklist, New Hampshire's aboveground tank owners picked up an annual leak monitoring and overfill test form of their own, and South Carolina revised eleven testing and inspection forms that closed just after the August issue went out.

    PASS now maintains a total of 1,494 service plans and forms within PASS Service, supporting customers across all 50 states and U.S. commonwealths.
