PASS Tools Onboarding

Here at PASS we work towards building close relationships with all of our customers. When signing up with PASS Tools we have curated an onboarding process that gives us the chance to meet your company one on one and get you setup in PASS Tools. Our onboarding Project Manager will keep in contact answering any questions and scheduling any time needed for demos of our software. We want you to feel comfortable using PASS Tools, we know it can be a lot to take in when learning a new software.  

We keep the process simple and organized by utilizing a project management software, Basecamp. You will receive access to your companies own personal onboarding project. In Basecamp we can schedule meetings, communicate through the projects message board to make sure everyone understands what To-Dos need to be completed by your company. After a walk-through of Basecamp your first To-Do’s are to send over information about your company, facilities and any user that will be using PASS. 

Once our team receives the data for your company, we will start uploading it to PASS Tools. After onboarding your company, the next step is for us to schedule a time to meet with the team that will be using PASS Tools. This gives us time to show the personnel who will frequently use PASS Tools how to use it and give them an opportunity to ask any questions about the system. We love hearing feedback from the people who use our software everyday.
