New Walk-Through Inspection Paperwork Offered in Texas

A new year means new regulatory changes!

Texas now requires facilities to perform the 30-Day Spill and Annual Sump inspections, effective January 1, 2021. In response to these regulatory changes, PASS is now offering the “TCEQ PST System Walkthrough Inspection” plan to facilities in Texas.

This includes the paperwork for these required TCEQ inspections: 

  • Record of Release Detection Walkthrough Inspection 

  • 30-Day Inspection Log of Spill Prevention Equipment 

  • Annual Sump Inspection
