ASTs in West Virginia Must Be Registered By July 1, 2015

Attention Owners/Operators of ASTs in West Virginia:

Pursuant to the recently amended Aboveground Storage Tank and Public Water Supply Protection Acts, all aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) in West Virginia must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).  The deadline to register your ASTs with the DEP is July 1, 2015.  If you have not already done so, visit the DEP's AST web page to learn more and to register your AST.
