Customizing Your Compliance Notifications

Since we recently updated the notification engine inside of PASS Tools, we thought it would be a great opportunity to share all of the improvements we've incorporated. You can choose to receive any of the following notifications.

• NOVs

  • New NOV Added
  • NOV Resolved
  • Overdue NOV
  • NOV due in 7 and/or 14 days

• Inspections

  • Weekly Inspection Agenda
    • A list of all inspections that are scheduled for the upcoming week
  • Inspection is Scheduled
  • Inspection is Completed
  • Inspection Scheduling Reminders
  • Overdue Inspections and Action Items

• Paperwork & Testing Documents

  • 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day reminders
  • Expiration warnings

We've had very positive feedback regarding these new additions, especially with the inspection completion notification. The way this particular notification works is as follows:

As soon as an inspector has completed an inspection, all necessary stakeholders are emailed a copy of the main inspection points, any particular notes the inspector may have made, as well as pictures and descriptions of any action items that need to be dealt with.
