Nouria Energy Expands Compliance Technology Partnership with PASS
After years of successful collaboration, Nouria adds ATG alarm monitoring to its existing compliance and training tools.
MUNCIE, Ind., September 28, 2026 — PASS Training & Compliance today announced that Nouria Energy has expanded its longstanding relationship with PASS by adding Harmonics ATG Connect for automatic tank gauge (ATG) alarm monitoring. Nouria already uses PASS tools for petroleum storage tank compliance management and underground storage tank (UST) operator training.
PASS has supported Nouria's compliance and training needs for several years. Nouria selected the additional ATG monitoring module after evaluating other solutions and testing PASS's approach. The decision reflects PASS's reliable performance, responsive support, ability to work with Nouria's varied ATG equipment and favorable economics compared with competing products.
ATG MONITORING ACROSS A DIVERSE NETWORK
Harmonics ATG Connect brings alarm and equipment information into the same environment Nouria uses to manage tank compliance. This gives its facilities and compliance teams a clearer view of which sites are reporting, which alarms need attention and how issues are addressed and documented across its network.
The module supports remote interaction with ATGs and access to release-detection and inventory information. Nouria expects the shared view to help its teams coordinate responses and maintain records of corrective work.
BUILDING ON AN ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIP
Nouria and PASS have worked together over several years to adapt the platform to Nouria's operational needs. As the relationship expands, the teams are continuing to develop Nouria-specific enhancements and plan an integration with ServiceChannel, Nouria's facilities management system, to connect relevant compliance information with maintenance workflows.
The planned integration is still in development. It is intended to give the teams responsible for corrective work better access to ATG alarms and related compliance information, and clearer visibility from identification through resolution.
