February Platform Enhancements to PASS Harmonics, Symphonics & ATG Connect
We’ve released a major round of enhancements across the My PASS Tools Suite focused on scheduling efficiency, inspection intelligence, photo handling, tank monitoring visibility, and overall platform reliability. Below is a detailed summary of what’s new.
Scheduling & Calendar
Calendar Rescheduling — Reschedule visits right from the calendar with a new click-to-edit modal. Drag-and-drop rescheduling is also supported, and all linked work orders and inspections update automatically.
Stand-Alone Visit Page — Visits now have their own dedicated page showing full details, linked work orders, and inspections — plus an easy reschedule form.
Work Order Redispatch — Dispatched work orders can now be rescheduled without canceling and recreating them.
Inspections
Inspection Score Report — A new company-level report shows inspection scores with summary cards, trend charts, facility breakdowns, and individual inspection details. Filter by facility, region, service plan, or date range.
Page Reordering & Custom Names — Smart Form inspection pages can now be reordered via drag-and-drop and given custom names, giving you more control over how your inspection reports are organized.
Streamlined Review & Approval — The review page now combines editing and approval into a single step, so field changes are never lost when approving an inspection.
Scoring Accuracy — Inspection scores now only count answered questions, giving you a more accurate picture of performance.
Photos & Documents
Photo Gallery Navigation — Browse photos with prev/next buttons, keyboard shortcuts, and a thumbnail strip — no more leaving the page to flip through photos.
Faster Photo Uploads — Large photos are now automatically compressed before uploading, making uploads significantly faster without sacrificing quality.
Download All Paperwork — A new "Download All" button on paperwork pages lets you grab every document in a category at once.
Paperwork Unmerge — Accidentally merged paperwork? You can now undo it with a single click.
Tank Inventory PDF Export — Export tank inventory history as a PDF report.
Facility Dashboard
Pinned Discussions — Pin important discussions to the top of the facility dashboard so your team never misses critical notes. Discussions are also now a top-level navigation item.
Compliance Book Scan Notifications — Get notified in real time when someone scans a compliance book QR code and requests access.
Tank Monitoring
Communication Alerts — Receive automatic email alerts when tank inventory data hasn't updated in over 4 hours, helping you catch communication issues quickly. Invenco only currently.
Smarter Alert Suppression — Tank communication alerts now track which specific tanks are affected, so you'll always be notified when the situation changes.
Reports & Exports
Date Range Filter for Inspections Report — Filter the Most Recent Inspections report by scheduled date, making it easier to find upcoming inspections.
Delegated Plans CSV Export — Export the delegated facility service plans report as a CSV for offline analysis.
Integrations
Corrigo Form Versioning — When Corrigo forms change mid-year, PASS Tools now tracks the full version history and correctly maps data across old and new form versions.
Corrigo Orphaned Procedure Alerts — If Corrigo changes their question IDs, you'll now receive an alert instead of silently getting blank PDF fields.
Tanknology Paperwork Sync — Paperwork type names now automatically update when they change between Tanknology imports.
Service Plans
Inactive Plan Detection — When adding a service plan that already exists but is inactive, you'll now be directed to reactivate it instead of seeing an error.
Under the Hood
Security Fix — Fixed a permission issue that could allow director-level users to see action items from outside their organization.
Reliability Improvements — Added retry logic for email deliveries, materialized view refreshes, and PDF generation timeouts to reduce transient failures.
Data Preservation — Fillable PDF fields from older inspection versions are no longer accidentally deleted during regeneration.
Resilient Photo Handling — Corrupt or zero-byte photo uploads are now caught and handled gracefully instead of causing errors.
