Employee Spotlight: Dustin

Muncie, IN - Dustin started working with us in August of 2019. He was originally hired as a customer service representative to help run support, but he was promoted to project manager for PASS Tools for Companies earlier this year. Dustin graduated from Ball State University in 2018 with a degree in Telecommunications with a focus on Media Sales and Promotions. He currently lives in Muncie with his dog Pepper.
We spoke with Dustin about his role at PASS and his life outside of work.
What do you do?
As Project Manager for tools for companies I mainly focus on onboarding new clients to our software. That means I introduce them to the system, get them set up, show them how it works, and answer any questions they might have. Just generally making sure our new clients are comfortable with PASS Tools.
What do you like most about your job?
Getting to speak to so many large companies. I never realized how big the Petroleum industry was until I started working here.
What’s something you wished our customers knew?
We are only team of eight. People are always surprised to hear that about us!
What are your hopes for our industry?
Saving the environment and keeping it clean!
What’s the most used thing in your office?
My coffee mug
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I like to play video games, play with my dog Pepper, and hang out with friends.
What are you watching right now?
I am currently watching Vikings on the History Channel and re-watching Star Trek.
