A COVID-19 Update
We know everyone is attempting to find their new normal right now, but we wanted to take a brief moment to share a few decisions we’ve made regarding the way PASS will be operating in these unprecedented times.
The safety and well-being of our employees is our number one priority, so in following the guidance of the CDC, the federal, state, and local levels, and in complying with Delaware County Indiana’s emergency declaration our main office closed on Friday, March 20, 2020 and all employees are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
Being in the fueling and energy sector we also recognize that many of our clients have been deemed as essential services, and to that end we will still be operating during our normal business hours and striving to provide the same level of service you’ve come to expect from us.
With that in mind we also ask that you bear with us as we adjust to operating as a remote-first business. We do not anticipate much disruption during this transition, but you may experience slightly longer than normal request response times as we adapt.
Please rest assured that we will still be holding ourselves to the same standards and quality that you’ve come to expect from us, and if there’s anything we can do to help you in these strange and uncertain times, no matter how small, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
