Flood Guidance from the EPA

The EPA produced a short document that gives simple guidance in the event of flooding. The guide goes over flood preparation, response and information on financial assistance. In light of Hurricane Harvey's unprecedented and catastrophic flooding in southeastern Texas, We want to help the EPA disseminate this document.
