Illinois UST Operator Retraining

Does your UST operator certificate expire this year?

Illinois UST Operator Retraining

The State of Illinois requires all UST operators (Class A, Class B, and Class C) to be retrained every 2 years.  The initial training deadline of August 8, 2012 meant that Illinois operators needed to retrain in 2014 and now need to retrain in 2016.If you trained as an Illinois Class A, Class B, or Class C operator at any time during 2014, your certificate expires this year.  Keep in mind that reviewing your existing course does not satisfy the retraining requirement.  You must purchase and take the course again and print a new certificate. If you trained with PASS in 2014, you should have already received—or will receive—e-mail notification that your certificate expires this year.  This notification will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your PASS student account if the option to receive training notifications was selected.  What if this e-mail address has changed or the company or facility admin has changed?  Don't panic!  If you trained at any point in 2014, know that your certification expires this year.  You can also take a look at your certificate; the expiration date is printed below the issue date.  Still not sure?  Give us a call at 866-735-0201 or send an e-mail to support@passtesting.com.  We can look up your current certificate and get you set up for retraining.Get Started →
