Hawai'i UST Operator Retraining Season
Hawaii's operator training regulations went into effect December 9th, 2013 and that means it is time for many Class C Operators to retrain. The Hawai`i Department of Health - Solid & Hazardous Waste Branch requires that Class C Operators be retrained annually. If you previously took your training with us, you will start receiving email notifications 30 days prior to your course expiring to allow you time to get retrained.Getting re-certified is pretty simple. Just login to your existing account and complete a new Class C Operator course. If you do not have your username and/or password, just give us a call or send us an email and we can help you retrieve them! After you complete your new course, be sure to retire the old course. On your trainings screen, you will see a gold colored "retire" button to the right of the course. Retiring a course will stop you from receiving any further notifications about it expiring or being expired. If you have questions or need any assistance please just let us know! We can be reached at 866-735-0201 or support@passtesting.com. (Please note that we are based in Indiana so the current time in Hawai`i is five hours behind the current Indiana time.)
