Indiana RFRA
PASS is extremely disappointed by the recent RFRA legislation passed in Indiana.
We will not embrace nor participate in exclusion or intolerance. We are committed to diversity and encourage LGBT persons to enjoy full and equal civil rights. I have seen different opinions and rationale for RFRA, but no matter your opinion of the law, it is hard to argue that RFRA has done exceptional amount of damage to our state and at best it is ill-conceived legislation. We are a proud Hoosier business and will not participate in any discriminatory law. We at PASS stand united as a company and strongly encourage our state leaders to take action to address the damage done by RFRA. We also stand united with the thousands upon thousands of Indiana residents who welcome, advocate, and respect the values all people.
