Service Provider Spotlight: Global Fueling Systems Inc.

Getting out into nature and enjoying this beautiful weather is essential for us here at PASS. Still, we also look to spring as a chance to follow up with some of our most valued partners and have meaningful discussions about the future of compliance from their perspectives.  This Spring, we had Robert Henrich, C.E.O. of Global Fueling Systems Inc., out of West Babylon, NY; Mr. Henrich and his team are service providers in the greater New York City and surrounding burrows and have been using PASS Tools software for six years now, we went for a walk through my property while Mushroom hunting and had an honest discussion about compliance and how his team utilizes the PASS Tools software.

Global Fueling was searching the internet one day six years ago when he came across a Google ad for our training and software suite; after reaching out to our team, he was onboarded and started using the software to his benefit when I asked, “Did your organization find it difficult to learn the PASS Tools, and how would you rate the onboarding experience?”,  Mr. Henrich said “Not at all, We had worked on various platforms already,  PASS Tools interface is the most intuitive that we've found.  Also, the onboarding was excellent, and the customer support team helped us import our customers, set up facilities, and provide inspection service plans to every site.  Best in class support, Emails are answered promptly, and Issues are typically resolved within minutes.  Their team also provided a dedicated contact for training our field service techs.”   I asked Mr. Henrich, “Are you currently using any other compliance software or excel spreadsheets that overlaps with PASS Tools, or have you completely switched over?” “We are all in with PASS Tools; having every piece of the compliance at your fingertips is my favorite feature of PASS Tools. PASS Tools software runs our compliance division. Our service, sales, and compliance division have one unified view of all critical data.  This allows us to deliver a cohesive, speedy, and efficient service to our clients.”

To summarize our meeting, I would say PASS came away with a better understanding of the daily challenges that our entrenched service providers face.   We are actively streamlining our processes and adding to our knowledge base of available information with this information.  When I concluded our discussion, I asked Mr. Henrich, “How would you describe PASS Tools to someone who has never heard of it?” and I think his answer sums it up very well,

“A new class of indispensable software designed to run all facets of UST/AST compliance and testing.  If you're not using the software yet, you're missing out on a HUGE opportunity to provide better service to your clients.”
