NACS runs the conference October 6 to 9, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the expo floor open October 7 to 9. The show draws 24,000 industry stakeholders from more than 60 countries, and the 435,000 square foot expo is split into five areas: facility development and store operations, food equipment and foodservice, fuel equipment and services, in-store merchandise, and technology.
