Last night we quietly rolled out an update to PASS Tools that greatly improves the way you manage testing paperwork and documentation for your facilities. Let’s take a quick look.
The first thing you’ll notice is that the list only shows the documents that you currently have entered into the system. If you have a new document type to enter you can click the green “Add New Paperwork” button to add it. You can also reprint your maintenance and testing schedule using the button on the top right.
If you click on a paperwork type, you will see a list of the most recent documents that we have in the system. You have direct access to the results — just click the “View Results” button.
We’ve also color coded this view so that it’s easy to see when something needs to be addressed:
- Blue – Everything is normal
- Yellow – Document/Test is expiring soon
- Red – Document/Test is expired
- Grey – Document/Test is archived
